This application prints a formatted, full-page check on an HP-compatible laser printer attached to a MICROS workstation. The SIM application interfaces with the printer and produces the check.

• Keyboard Workstations (KWS) - affordable, two-line display terminals, bringing maximum efficiency to limited-menu operations. Designed for high-volume environments, the KWS handles fast transaction operations reliably while providing system security and control. The KWS is ideal for stadiums and outdoor environments
• MICROS Hand-Held Terminal (HHT) - a palm-sized, remote order entry device utilizing off-the-shelf RF communications technology to the 8700 Server. Orders can be processed and transmitted from inside or outside of buildings and is extremely effective for operations requiring exceptional speed-of-service and wireless communications. Stadiums, pool/beach areas, casinos, crowded bars and outside patios are ideal environments for HHT use.
